Wichelstowe, East Wichel, Coate and Badbury Park are the newer streets. The developer fence and a lawn on rubble are the usual starting point. We replace the boundary and put a proper base under patios and turf.
Wroughton, Chiseldon, Wanborough, Liddington and Broome Manor are older ground. SN4 gardens often slope, and a fence that ignores the fall will rack. Stepped bays and the odd sleeper bed keep it honest.
These places are a short run from the rest of Swindon. Wroughton and Chiseldon are not treated as out of area.

What the ground is like
New-build plots
Wichelstowe and Badbury Park fences fail early. We replace them properly rather than nail another panel to the same posts.
Village slopes
Wroughton and the edge toward the downs need stepped fencing. A straight panel on a slope leaves a gap or a lean.
SN4 clay and levels
Posts go into ground that moves. Concrete posts and a base that is actually compacted are the difference.
Recent jobs
Fences, patios and gardens from recent work. These are not all in South Swindon — they show the standard we fit across Swindon and the towns next door.
