What paving materials do you recommend?
Indian sandstone is our most popular choice — it is beautiful, durable and competitively priced. Porcelain is also very popular for its low maintenance. We will show you samples and help you choose.
How long will a new patio last?
A properly installed patio should last 20–30 years or more. The key is the sub-base — we always install the correct depth for the ground conditions.
Can you build a patio on a slope?
Yes. We are experienced in working on sloped gardens, using steps, retaining walls and split-level designs to create usable and attractive spaces.
Do I need planning permission for a patio?
Most garden patios do not require planning permission. There are some restrictions for listed buildings or certain types of permeable surfacing. We will advise you.
How long does patio installation take?
A standard patio takes 2–4 days. Larger projects with steps, walls or drainage work take longer. We will give you a firm timeline with your quote.
